We’ve rolled out a fix for account creation and data syncing and everything should be returning to normal.

Identified - We’ve identified what’s causing the issue with account creation for traders.

Impact: All traders are currently unable to create accounts and may seem see new data missing from the dashboard.

While we work on a fix, trading can continue as normal with your existing combines are unaffected but avoid new purchases.

Our engineering team is working on a fix now to restore systems as quickly as possible.
